Shipping

- When will my order ship?
We aim to ship the orders within 1-3 business days following confirmation of your order.You will receive a shipment
notification updated with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

 

- Can I pick up an order from your headquarters?
Yes, this option is available. Before pick up please make an appointment with our customer service.


- Will I have to pay for return shipping?
If receiver failed to receive the parcel or the parcel is being returned to us, we do not cover the cost of return shipping, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.


- How do I track my parcel?
You’ll receive a tracking number in the link of your order. If you have not received your tracking number or parcel within 7 working days of making your purchase, please contact our customer service on facebook messenger.


- What is your return policy?
Kindly ensure you have finalised all the purchase details before confirming and placing your order with us. 

 

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! We are currently shipping to Singapore.Rates are based on weight and is calculated at checkout.

Please note that Amthys Paris skincare is currently available on Shopee Malaysia and our website, you also can order through our official customer service from our Facebook & IG.


- What types of payment you accept?
We currently accept payments through ATM, Online transfer, Duitnow QR pay, Touch&Go, Boost, Grabpay, Shopee pay, Debit / Credit Card, and FPX.

 

- What currencies do you charges in?
Although all prices are given in MYR.


- How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders should take around 1-7working days from the estimated date of shipment given. This excludes weekends & public holidays.


- What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
We're so sorry about that! Please notify our customer service through facebook messenger with your attachment and order ID within 24 hours of the date of parcel received and we'll look into it for you.

Yes! All of our products are made for all skin types, but if you have sensitive skin or just want to be careful, we recommend to checking on the ingredient list first or taking it to your dermatologist for a second look.

Our products are safe for pregnant women to use, but if you would like to be extra safe, we recommend taking the ingredient list to your doctor to make sure.
